How To Make "KETOPRAK" From Jakarta, Indonesia

Ingridients:
1.      2 pcs Lontong / ketupat
2.      1 tbsp To be enough, soak in hot water for a while
3.      4 pcs tofu yellow, fried
4.      100 gr vermicelli, brewed with hot water until tender
5.      100 gr Fried crackers
6.      2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
7.      2 tbsp Fried onion
8.      100 grams of brown sugar


Spices:
1.      5 pcs red chilli / rawit
2.      ½ suing garlic
3.      200 gr nuts fried peanuts
4.      1 tbsp brown sugar
5.      1 tbsp of acid water
6.      ½ teaspoon salt
7.      350 ml Boiled Water

How To Make Special Typical Ketoprak Jakarta:
1. Blend pepper. Add the garlic and salt, puree again
2. Add peanuts, puree
3. Give brown sugar, puree
4. Breathe in water and add enough water then mix well

How To Present Special Typical Ketoprak Jakarta:
1. Put a few pieces of lontog or ketupat (if liked) on the plate
2. Give sprouts, tofu pieces, and vermicelli. Flush with the marinade
3. Sprinkle fried onions and sweet soy sauce

4. Give crackers on it
